After tons of beta testing and research we figured out that 4 weeks is optimum for fat loss!

So we are switching our schedule over from 5 or 6 weeks to 4 weeks. And to help with the problem of having to wait for the next session to start we are doing it monthly! So no matter when you join your getting the best benefit!
