Before joining “Get sexy San Antonio bootcamp” I was terribly out of shape in the sense that my energy level was low and my eating habits were extremely unhealthy… My first day at camp was a little hard for me I will admit, mostly due to my lack of excersice in the past, but I imidiatley noticed the difference that same day when I went home. I was more awake and alert. It took me one week of camp to realize that I wanted to stick to this decision. Jonathan makes it easy yet effective and he also provides me with nutrition advice which I believe everyone can benefit from no matter what shape or size.
